Most restaurants will toss their tempura into a deep fryer leaving it oily and mixed flavors from other fried items. But not at Café Sanuki!

Tempura shouldn’t be cooked in a deep fryer, (and yes we were also guilty) but we have just imported a special Japanese shallow fryer made for tempura frying. With this new fryer we use a mixture of sesame, soy, and canola oils to create the perfect tempura. You’ll enjoy shrimp, Japanese sweet potato, pumpkin, veggies, and all your favorites… without the excess oil.
