ABOUT OUR JAPANESE CAFETERIA STYLE RESTAURANT
If it is true the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step (Lao Tzu), then our journey at Cafe Sanuki began well over 5,850 miles away at a small village in Japan (lots of steps). Forged out of a burning desire to recreate the authentic taste of this popular dish, Cafe Sanuki is the brainchild of local businessman Henry Fan, who fell in love with this ancient noodle and was determined to redefine the udon experience for the American people, regardless of however much time, effort or money it would cost him.
